Good afternoon everyone!
My parents and I are flying ""Reese" on his Pilots N Paws Freedom Flight Saturday to Easton, Maryland where we are meeting Pilot Glenn Nevola. Glenn will fly Reese on to Caldwell, NJ to TriBoro Animal Welfare. I am just tooooo excited! We've put the band back together.......we haven't flown with Glenn in a while because we've been taking rescues to Ocean City, Md and St. Mary's, Maryland but Saturday, we are going to my favorite airport and my favorite restaurant. Sugar Buns! If you have never been to this bakery/cafe, it's worth the trip. The desserts are over the moon....they are all home made and are huge...you should see the top of those pies! Holy Cow! My Mom said they look like the pies her Mom (my grandma) made!.
I am so happy for Reese. He is a sweet heart and he's going to make one awesome pet to someone. I"ll post pictures during the flight of him and you can see his journey to a safe shelter where he will be adopted into his forever home!
