Our goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!  We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out! 

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit ONLY, issued in the form of a store gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 21 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at from our "Sale” Category is Final Sale.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, and free of any dog hair with original tags attached along with original sales receipt included.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the shipper has confirmed the package was delivered.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact customer service team at as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Items must be received back in our warehouse no later than 21 days from the date you places your order. Refund will be for in-store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.  Returns sent to us that do not meet the above policy are subject to a $8.95 shipping and $10 handling fee to be returned to you.  All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless there was a mistake on our end.  Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received in our warehouse.  Please contact our customer service at: if you have any questions.


Our inventory changes almost daily and we cannot process exchanges. You are welcome to re-buy the item with your credit if it is still available.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

We apologize but we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed due to automated inventory and warehouse shipping ques.

Please be sure to use the sizing chart on the product's page or call us directly before placing an order for questions regarding sizing.

Returns can be easily alleviated this way.

Please check the sizing charts accordingly as all designers and brands vary in sizing

There are some items that are not eligible for returns.

· Beds and bedding

· Carriers

· Shoes/Sandals or any footwear

· Sports items

· Any Holiday Themed Items

· Custom items (Personalize and/or made when ordered)

· Anything not in original packaging or tags removed

· Specific items mentioned on the actual product page of item, these can vary..
